DISCLOSURE TEXT FOR CAMERA MONITORING ACTIVITY OF EMOYRA GLOBAL INFORMATION TEXTILE INDUSTRY AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698

1- What is the Purpose and Scope of Monitoring with Video Camera?
 
Emoyra Global Bilişim Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (company) within the scope of monitoring activity with security camera; acts with the aim of protecting the interests of the company and other persons in ensuring its security. This monitoring activity is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the decision of the Personal Data Protection Board dated 12/03/2020 and numbered 2020/212 titled "Use of security cameras with voice recording feature".
The Company carries out personal data processing activities for the purpose of ensuring the security of physical space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and  monitoring the security camera monitoring activity and guest entrances and exits in the company buildings and facilities.  In order for the company camera recordings to comply with the principles to be observed in limiting the fundamental rights and freedoms specified in the Constitution, the Company processes only the video recordings of the persons.  
In this context, the information that the camera monitoring is done is announced to all relevant persons and the relevant persons are enlightened. Pre-illumination texts containing notification letters indicating that camera monitoring activities are carried out are hung at the entrances of the monitored areas. In addition, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of the personal data obtained as a result of the camera monitoring activity.
 
2- In Which Areas Is There Camera Monitoring Activity?


In order to ensure security and to supervise business activities, personal data processing activities are carried out in the  company  buildings and facilities. In this context, your personal data obtained if you are physically present in the company buildings. The relevant persons are informed and clearly enlightened through the pre-disclosure texts hanged within the company or otherwise made available to the relevant persons. 


3- What is the Legal Reason for the Company to Monitor and Store with Video Cameras?


In the event that employees, visitors and other relevant persons are physically present in the company building, the video recordings processed are subject to Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. It is processed subject to the condition in subparagraph f of the article "Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller". 


4- Who Can Access the Information Obtained as a Result of Monitoring?
            
Only a limited number of company employees have access to the records recorded and maintained in digital environment.
 
5-With Whom Are Camera Images Shared?
 
It is essential that the images recorded within the company are not transferred outside the institution and are not shared with a third person / institution. The data in question are shared only with the authorized institutions and law enforcement authorities only if it is necessary in the legal proceedings limited to the purposes requested by the authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of their legal authority. As a matter of fact, this sharing is carried out on a limited basis in accordance with the Company's Data Sharing Policy. 
 
The Company's personnel were informed that these personal data should be used limited to their purposes only with the awareness trainings of the Personal Data Protection Law organized periodically by the company and received the necessary trainings that it is not possible to share the data without permission.
 
6- How Long Are the Images Obtained by Video Camera Monitoring Activity Stored For?
 
The video recordings obtained by the camera monitoring activity are kept by the company for 60 days due to the importance of the units where the employees are located.  With the passage of 60 days, the data is eliminated within the framework of destruction policies.
 
Rights of the Data Subject
As the data subject, you will be able to exercise your rights deemed to be within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the relevant person in writing to the address of "Tuna Mah.
