GENERAL REMARKS:

Personal data owners who are defined as "relevant persons" in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") ("Data Owner") are subject to Article 11 of the KVKK regarding the processing of their personal data. The right to apply to the Data Controller ("Emoyra") regarding the rights listed in the Article is granted. The applications to be made to our Company regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company in writing or electronically and by the methods listed below in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 13, paragraph 1 of KVKK and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

APPLICATION METHODS:

In accordance with Article 5/2 of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356 and entered into force within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, the name, surname and signature if the application is in writing, T.R. identity number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identity number, if any, residential or workplace address based on the notification,  If any, the electronic mail address, telephone and fax number and the subject of the request must be found.

Written Applications:

Written applications to be made to our Company shall be submitted to a wet signed copy of this "Application Form" containing the above information and filled out completely,

·      Our Company shows that it is authorized to apply to the Quality Directorate or Human Resources in person or for the rights listed within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK and must be submitted by proxy with a notarized power of attorney or  by sending it to the address "Tuna Mah. Gazeteci Rauf Lütfü Aksungur Sok. No:2/A Martı Apt. 35600 KARŞIYAKA/İZMİR" via a notary.

Electronic Applications:

Electronic applications to be made to our Company must be submitted to this "Application Form" containing theabove information and completed completely.

·   By sending  the application to the address of the emoyra@emoyra.com by means of the electronic mail belonging to the relevant person and previously notified to our Company by this relevant person and registered in the system of our Company,

·  It should be communicated by using a software or application developed by our Company for the purpose of application. (At this stage, there is no software or application developed by our Company in this direction.)

Your applications submitted to us will be concluded in an effective, lawful and honest manner  "as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest" from the date of receipt of your request to our company according to the  nature of your request and will be answered in writing or electronically.

If any deficiency related to your application is identified by our Company, your request will be suspended until the deficiency is corrected by our company if the deficiency is not corrected by you within seven (7) days at the latest after this deficiency is notified to you.

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, in accordance with Article 7 of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, a fee  of up to ten pages will not be charged; for each page over ten pages, a transaction fee of 1.00 Turkish Liras will be charged. 

It is important that your request content is clear, understandable and dated. For this reason, the information and documents requested  by you with this application form must be filled out completely and correctly and an application must be made to our company in the above ways.
