Purpose and Scope of Clarification Text

As EMOYRA GLOBAL BİLİŞİM TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, we take measures for the protection of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (referred to as KVKK or Law). We process your Personal Data within the scope of KVKK and related legal legislation and as "data controller" for the reasons and methods described below.

This clarification text concerns third parties who use our company website.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automated or non-automatic methods, through the Company's affiliated units, social media channels, software used to carry out activities within the Company, camera shooting and similar means. Your personal data may be processed by creating and updating as long as your relationship with the Company continues and may be kept under storage in both digital and physical environments.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the purposes set out in the heading "Your Processed Personal Data and the Purposes of Processing" and within the scope of Article 5  , paragraph 1 of the Law No. 6698 or the provision of the explicit consent requirement or the provision of Article 5, paragraph 2;

a) It is explicitly stipulated in the laws,

c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

ç) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,

e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right,

f) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller,  

personal data is processed within the scope of processing conditions.

Your Processed Personal Data and the Purposes of Processing

Your Personal Data is processed securely in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in accordance with legal obligations or in order to provide a more appropriate service in the company's business and transactions.

In this context, the data in the table are collected as personal data;

 

Contact Data: A group of data that can be used to reach the person (Phone, Address, Email)

 

Identity Data: A group of data that contains information about a person's identity. (Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, Turkish Identity Number, Signature, Marital Status)

 

Audio/Visual Data: It is the data group containing the visual and auditory data of the person (Photo)

Venue Security: This category of data refers to data types such as Employee and visitors' entry and exit record information, Camera records.

(Image recording, Cameras) 

Professional Experience: It is the data group where the person's professional experiences are located. (Foreign Language Knowledge, Computer Knowledge, Technical Device Knowledge, Work Experience Knowledge, Course Certification Knowledge, Work Experience Knowledge) 

 

Your personal data collected;

 

·      Execution of recruitment and application processes of employee candidates who want to work within our company and placement in business units according to the information obtained during the recruitment process,

·      Storage of camera footage, ensuring discipline, security and supervision if you are physically present in the headquarters and units of the company where the company's business is carried out,

·      Labor Law No. 4857, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Vocational Training Law No. 3308, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and Protection of Privacy, Regulation on Archive Services and all related laws and secondary regulations  fulfilling the legal and regulatory requirements that may arise / may arise and taking the necessary measures in this context,

·      Carrying out the supervision and/or regulation duties to be carried out by the authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and the professional organizations that are public institutions,

·      Fulfillment of career development activities, 

·      Execution of all Human Resources processes and policies of our company,

·      Within the scope of data security, in order to take all necessary technical and administrative measures for systems and applications, 

 

The personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 will be processed within the conditions and purposes of processing.

To Whom and For What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

By ensuring that all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the appropriate level of security in accordance with KVKK and related legislation, we will process your Personal Data / Personal Data in line with the purposes stated above;

 

·        Persons / institutions and / or organizations permitted by the provisions of other relevant legislation

·        Lawyers or attorney partnerships for the purpose of pursuing legal affairs

·        Direct/indirect domestic/overseas shareholders

·        Our subsidiaries and/or affiliates

·        Our group companies

·        Partners

and in order to carry out our activities, we contractually receive and/or provide services, cooperate with, domestic / international organizations and the personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law may be transferred within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes.

Data Processing Period and Retention Period


Your personal data, limited to the purposes specified in this Clarification Text; Our company and its headquarters and units affiliated to our Company will be processed by complying with the data processing and time-out periods in all relevant laws and other legal legislation to which it is subject. If the laws are amended regarding the data processing periods, the new periods determined will be taken as basis.

As a requirement of the principle of limitation of purpose, your personal data is processed for a period of 6 months with the fulfillment of the purposes described in this Clarification Text and in any case in accordance with the practices and practices of the Company's commercial life, and after the expiry of the periods, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Rights of the Data Subject

As the data subject, you will be able to exercise your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the relevant person in writing to the address of "Tuna Mah. Gazeteci Rauf Lütfü Aksungur Sok. No:2/A Martı Apt. 35600 KARŞIYAKA/İZMİR"  in writing or  by sending them electronically to the e-mail address of the emoyra@emoyra.com according to the "Communique on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller".
